Privacy Policy

KEB International Group ("KEB," "we," "us") is a software and digital marketing company based in Cairo, Egypt. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and its Executive Regulations.

What we collect

Contact details you give us directly — name, email, phone, company — when you reach out by phone, email, or through our site. Data we process on a client's behalf when we build or manage a CRM for them (that data belongs to the client, and we process it under their instructions). Advertising data collected by the ad platforms we use to run campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and similar), governed by those platforms' own terms in addition to this policy. Standard website usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — collected automatically when you visit kebinternational.com.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiries, deliver the services you or our clients have hired us for, run and measure ad campaigns, and improve our own services and site. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Consent

Where we rely on your consent — for a mailing list, or ad targeting, for example — that consent is specific, informed, and freely given, and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Where we process data to deliver a service you or your employer has hired us for, separate consent isn't required for that processing.

Your rights

You can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent you've previously given. Email admin@kebinternational.com or call +20 112 234 0962 to do any of these.

Data we process for clients

When KEB builds or manages a CRM, or runs ad campaigns, for a client, we act as a processor on that client's behalf. If you're a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your own data, that request should go to the client directly, as the controller — we support our clients in handling it under our agreement with them.

Sharing and cross-border transfers

We share data with the service providers needed to do our work — hosting, ad platforms, and similar tools — under agreements requiring them to protect it. Some are based outside Egypt; those transfers rely on your consent, a contractual safeguard, or the receiving country providing an adequate level of protection.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Children

Our services are directed at businesses, not children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services or the law change; the date above reflects the latest version.
